IT DIRECTOR, SALES and MARKETING SOLUTIONS, to
$ 135 plus bonus, Toronto
We are
currently seeking a senior leader for one of our large Business
Solutions Centers. The IT Director for Sales and Marketing solutions is
responsible for the strategy, design, deployment and support of all
technology solutions that enable the Sales and all Business Unit
functions and associated processes including Business Intelligence
offerings. The incumbent works closely with senior management in order
to identify, recommend and develop cost-effective solutions that deliver
insights and enable complex decision-making. The IT Director sets
project priorities that meet business objectives by converting strategic
plans and projects to assignments for the team.
The IT Director
has three main functional business processes to develop and oversee:
Sales Solutions, Business Unit Strategy and Business Intelligence. The
incumbent will have experience developing Functional Partnerships within
organizations in order to isolate processes and develop optimal
solutions. Other responsibilities include: IT Strategic Planning, IT and
Functional Standard Processes and Procedures, Program and Project
Management, Technology Operations Support and Continuous improvement
including Team and Personnel development.
You must have
broad knowledge and experience of Technology and Technology architecture
as it relates to Business Intelligence, Trade Promotion Management,
Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Consumer
Insights and 3rd Party Data. Project and Portfolio
Management including Project/Program finance (estimation, costing and
budget management), business case development (ROI and Net Present Value
calculations) and general Project Management practices; Integration,
Scope, Time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk and procurement
management.
As IT Director,
you will be a Leader of Change, Innovation, Analytical Thinking and
Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Communication and you will have great
skills as a motivator and influencer. A functional expertise and depth
of knowledge of Technology, Systems, Business processes and Information
Management is crucial for this role.
You must have a
4 year Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related program in
Computer Sciences. An MBA or Graduate studies is an asset. Minimum of
10 years in IT with Supervisory and Management roles(5+yrs). A deep
knowledge of Sales and Marketing functions at a strategic level
including S and M processes, Brand Planning, Pricing, Distribution,
Forecasting, Trade Promotion, Allocations and Prepacks.
Experience in
Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health Products or Consumer Packaged goods is
a serious asset for this role. Any corporate global IT experience is
also an asset.
Salary range is
$120-135K, a 20% bonus plus a car.
